Amazon Dolphins Season (Upper River):

• March / April / May / June / October / November 

Itinerary Highlights:

• Watching different species of the Amazonas and visit to the parrot park where we will be able to spot different species of parakeets and parrots.
• Watching different species of monkeys and the Black Caiman that can be up to 7 meters long in the Limoncocha Reserve.
• Jungle hike to get to know about medicinal plants which are being used by the indigenous people. Reptiles and night-active insect-watching.
• Piranha-fishing and watching pink dolphins which are usually in the Great Lagoon when the river water-level is high.
• Visit to indigenous communities where we will get to know a little of their history, customs and habits.
• Trying some food from the jungle where we will be trying piranha in a palm leave, mashed manioc or Chonta and living Chontacuros, among others.

Day 1: Limoncocha – Bird-Watching – Jungle Hike – Black Caiman-Tour (L,D)

Day 2: Monkey Watching – Indigenous Culture  – Pañacocha – Hike in the Night ( B, L, D)

Day 3: Piranha-Fishing – Piguali – Great Lagoon with Pink Dolphins – Typical Food (B, L, D)

Day 4: Bird-Watching – Parrot-Watching – Cicame – El Coca (B)
